solution
First, open the printer cover, open the interlocking handle of the ribbon rotating arm and hammer row, and gently pull back the ribbon at the ribbon feeding end of the ribbon box. Then close the interlocking handle of the ribbon rotating arm and hammer row, and turn on the power supply. After self-inspection, the ribbon will be loaded back into the ribbon.
