Its main performance is that the base surface is flat, without protruding fiber knot, the warp and weft density organization is even and tight, the cutting edge is straight and even, and there is no burnt phenomenon. Touch by hand: the base is soft and delicate, and has a smooth feeling. Good elasticity and recoverability when pulling. Bad ribbon base breaks wire badly, feels hard when touched, has uneven cutting edges, is badly burnt with edges, has little elasticity when pulled, has poor recoverability, is often entrained when printing, and is easy to cause flounces, resulting in needle blockage, tape jamming and other phenomena.
