Maintenance
1. When the machine is not working, the marking machine and computer should be powered off.
2. When the machine is not working, cover the field lens to prevent dust from polluting the optical lens.
3. When the machine works, the circuit is in a high-voltage state. Non-professionals should not repair it when starting up, so as to avoid electric shock accidents.
4. In case of any failure of this machine, immediately cut off the power supply.
5. If the equipment is used for a long time, the dust in the air will be adsorbed on the lower end surface of the focusing mirror, and the light one will reduce the power of the laser and affect the marking effect. Heavy cause optical lenses to absorb heat and overheat so as to burst. When the marking effect is not good, carefully check whether the focusing mirror surface is contaminated.
6. If the surface of the focusing mirror is polluted, remove the focusing mirror and clean its lower end surface.
7. Special care should be taken when removing the focusing mirror, and care should be taken not to damage or fall; At the same time, do not touch the mirror surface of the focusing mirror with hands or other objects.
8. The cleaning method is to mix absolute ethyl alcohol (analytically pure) and ether (analytically pure) according to the ratio of 3:1, invade the mixed solution with a long fiber cotton swab or lens paper, and gently scrub the lower end surface of the focusing mirror, and replace the cotton swab or lens paper once every time one side is rubbed.
