Good ink particles are very small, will not cause pinhole blockage, and have good fluidity, even PH value, strong adsorption when inking, good moisture retention, durable printing and slow color transition when printing. Good ink is organic, nontoxic, non-corrosive, free of peculiar smell, non-sticky after dyeing, and easy to dry. Bad ink particles are large, sticky and sticky, and they can't be dried after dyeing tapes. The tapes produced are very sticky, which easily blocks pinholes during printing, making needles unable to stretch flexibly, thus interrupting needles. Its judgment method is that when the ribbon with high-quality ink is touched by hand, no obvious ink marks will be left on the fingers. There is no obvious difference in printing effect before and after. As for inferior ink, if you touch it with your hands, it feels greasy, and your fingers are full of traces of ink. It seems that there is plenty of ink, but there will be a phenomenon of heavy color when printing, that is to say, when you touch the printing paper with your hands, it will be blurred. Poor printing ink will not only cause poor printing effect, but also enter the stitch of the printing head along the guide hole of the printing needle and solidify, blocking the printing needle, resulting in the printer not being able to print normally. In severe cases, it may also cause serious faults such as broken printing needle due to increased resistance of the printing head, crushed parallel groove of the printing needle, burnt-out driving chip of the printing head or ribbon motor, etc.
